While working as a Content Manager at eBay, I worked on a range of projects targeting sellers. From educational landing pages to inspirational emails, I had the opportunity to expand my portfolio to include successful B2C and C2C initiatives.

July Seller News

Every month, eBay sellers receive Seller News, informing them of important updates and changes to the platform. I was responsible for drafting source copy translated for 15 countries, and received by over 10 million sellers.

The goal of this campaign is to encourage casual sellers on eBay to keep listing, earning and selling on the platform. This campaign targeted two groups, those who had sold more than five items in one month and those that had sold under.
